Deposit & Consultation
Securing your appointment
A $50 deposit (plus applicable taxes) is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your total treatment cost on the day of your visit.
All new clients undergo a medical consultation and assessment ($150) prior to any injectable or medical-aesthetic treatment. This consultation ensures that every procedure is safe, appropriate and tailored to your needs.
The $150 consultation fee is credited in full to any treatment performed within 60 days of your consultation. If no treatment is performed within that period, the consultation fee remains applicable.
Cancellations & No-Shows
What happens to your deposit
- More than 48 hours
- Your deposit is refunded in full, or transferred to your next booking if you prefer.
- Less than 48 hours
- Cancellations or changes made inside this window result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- No-show
- Failure to attend without prior notice results in loss of the deposit, and may require full prepayment for future bookings.
- After your consultation
- Once the consultation has taken place, the deposit has been applied to that visit.
Rescheduling
Moving an appointment
With more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit is applied to your new appointment date. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice forfeits the deposit, and a new deposit is required to rebook.
To reschedule, contact the clinic directly at 514-706-3756 or through our online booking platform.
Late Arrivals
If you are running behind
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Where the provider’s schedule cannot accommodate the delay, this is treated as a no-show.
Age Policy
Québec regulation compliance
In accordance with Québec’s medical-aesthetic and consent regulations:
- Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive injectable medical-aesthetic treatments, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, PRP and similar procedures.
- Clients under 18 years old are not eligible for injectable treatments, even with parental consent.
- Clients aged 16–17 years old may be eligible for non-invasive skincare procedures, subject to assessment and consent requirements.
