Alternatively, you can also book an appointment by calling us directly at 1-514-706-3756 or sending us an email at info@sknmd.ca. We offer multiple convenient options to ensure that scheduling your appointment with us is as easy and flexible as possible.
At SKN MD, there’s no specific timeline for booking appointments. We encourage our clients to check our online booking system for available time slots, which displays dates and times for appointments. This allows you to find a convenient time that fits your schedule. We strive to accommodate our clients’ needs to the best of our ability, and our online booking system provides flexibility and convenience for scheduling appointments.
Deposit Requirement: To secure your appointment, a deposit of $50 plus applicable taxes is required. This deposit is payable at the time of booking and contributes towards your Medical Consultation and Assessment fees. Payments can be conveniently made via credit card or online payment platforms.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Once the consultation has occurred, the deposit becomes non-refundable. If rescheduling is necessary and more than 48 hours’ notice is given, your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date.
No-Show Policy and Exceptions: Failing to attend your appointment without prior notification will result in the loss of your deposit. Exceptions to this policy may be made for serious or unforeseen circumstances, subject to discussion with our office. Your cooperation with these policies helps us manage our resources effectively and maintain a high quality of care for all patients.

New clients are currently accepted at our Ottawa and Terrebonne locations.
The Old Port (Montreal) location is reserved for existing and returning SKN MD clients only.
For Quebec, and due to regulatory requirements, first-time clients must complete an in-person medical consultation with a physician, which is provided at our Terrebonne location and performed immediately before treatment during the same appointment.
The physician consultation fee is $150, which is waived when a same-day treatment of $400 or more is performed.
Once established as a client, you may continue treatments at other SKN MD locations, subject to availability.
All appointments are by reservation only, and location-specific availability is displayed during online booking.

We currently accept credit and debit card payments for the deposit required to book appointments online. The remaining payment can be made locally at the time of your appointment.
