We look forward to providing you with exceptional, personalized medical-aesthetic care. To ensure efficient scheduling and optimal use of clinic resources, the following policies apply to all bookings, consultations, and cancellations.

Deposit & Consultation Policy

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total treatment cost on the day of your visit.

All new clients are required to undergo a medical consultation and assessment ($150) prior to any injectable or medical-aesthetic treatment. This consultation ensures that every procedure is safe, appropriate, and tailored to your needs.

If you proceed with a treatment valued at $300 or more on the same day, the consultation fee will be waived. If no treatment is performed, the consultation fee remains applicable.

Cancellation Policy

More than 48 Hours Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. Your deposit may be transferred to your next booking.

Less than 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of your deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.

After Consultation: Once the consultation has occurred, the deposit is non-refundable.

Rescheduling Appointments

If you provide more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be applied to a new appointment date. To reschedule, please contact our office directly at 514-706-3756 or through our online booking platform.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. This will be considered a no-show if the provider’s schedule cannot accommodate the delay.

Age Policy (Québec Regulation Compliance)

In accordance with Québec’s medical-aesthetic and consent regulations:

  • Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive injectable medical-aesthetic treatments, including Botox®, Dysport®, dermal fillers, PRP, and similar procedures.
  • Clients under 18 years old are not eligible for injectable treatments, even with parental consent.
  • Clients aged 16–17 years old may be eligible for non-invasive skincare procedures (e.g., facials, microneedling without PRP, or chemical peels) only if accompanied by their legal guardian.
  • The legal guardian must be present during the consultation and treatment, and must sign the consent form and present valid identification confirming their relationship to the minor.

Proof of age is required for all clients under 18.

Exceptions

Exceptions to these policies may be considered in cases of serious or unforeseen circumstances. Please contact our office to discuss your situation.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These policies allow us to maintain fairness, professionalism, and quality care for all our patients.
