Booking Policy
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
This deposit will be applied toward your total treatment cost on the day of your visit.
The remaining balance for any services rendered is due at the time of your appointment.
Please note that your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans may change.
To reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including illness or emergencies.
Appointments may be rescheduled once without penalty if notice is given within the required timeframe.
Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled and will be considered a no-show if the provider’s schedule cannot accommodate the delay.
Consultation Policy
All new clients must complete an initial medical consultation prior to any injectable or medical-aesthetic treatment.
This ensures that each treatment is safe, medically appropriate, and personalized to your needs.
Consultation fee: $150
If you proceed with a treatment valued at $300 or more on the same day, the consultation fee will be waived.
If no treatment is performed, the consultation fee remains applicable.
Consultations are conducted by qualified professionals under the supervision of a licensed medical director, in compliance with Collège des médecins du Québec standards.
Age Policy
In accordance with Québec’s medical-aesthetics and consent regulations, the following age requirements apply:
Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive injectable medical-aesthetic treatments, including Botox®, Dysport®, dermal fillers, PRP, and similar procedures.
Clients under 18 years of age are not eligible for injectable treatments, even with parental consent, as these are considered elective medical acts reserved for adults.
Clients aged 16 to 17 years old may be eligible for non-invasive skincare procedures (such as microneedling without PRP, facials, or peels) only if accompanied by their legal guardian, who must be present during the consultation and treatment.
The legal guardian must sign the consent form and present valid identification confirming their relationship to the minor.
Proof of age is required prior to treatment for all clients under 18.
